A commitment to security: ISO 27001 Certification

Groupe VITAL has been ISO 27001 certified since 2020.

This distinction is the result of a continuous improvement process that has been underway for many years. Its objective is to strengthen security governance, service availability, operational traceability, as well as data integrity and confidentiality.

In 2024, Groupe VITAL obtained ISO 27001:2022 certification. To meet its clients’ requirements, the Group further strengthened its Information Security Management System (ISMS) by incorporating the DORA and NIS2 frameworks and achieved the CyberVadis Gold label in 2026.

Groupe VITAL provides the following services to meet its clients’ expectations: “Provision of managed infrastructure services, IT support, information systems operations, and cybersecurity services, including SOC, SIEM, and incident response activities.”

This international certification demonstrates that the company is committed to:

  • Complying with information security best practices.
  • Adopting a risk-based approach to identify cyber threats and effectively manage the associated processes.
  • Implementing appropriate protection measures.

HDS Certification (Health Data Hosting Certification)

Since July 2026, Groupe VITAL has been officially certified under the HDS (Health Data Hosting) framework for Activity 5: “Administration and operation of information systems containing health data.”

All services within this scope are delivered by Groupe VITAL’s teams based in France:

  • Headquarters: 164 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France
  • Service Center: 12 Rue Raymond Ridel, 92250 La Garenne-Colombes, France
  • Service Center: 35 and 35 bis Avenue Neil Armstrong, 33700 Mérignac, France


This certification means that French healthcare organizations, as well as companies working with the healthcare sector or complying with the General Security Policy for Health Information Systems (PGSSI-S), can confidently entrust the administration and operation of their information systems containing health data to Groupe VITAL within this certified scope.

In accordance with the “Health Data Host” (HDS) certification, Groupe VITAL does not transfer any personal health data to a third country outside the European Economic Area.

A quality methodology: ITIL framework

The operational organization of our services is based on a pragmatic approach to ITIL best practices. Thus we have been implementing a massive training campaign for several years, in particular for our management teams.

We also implement on all our outsourcing contracts a panel of relevant indicators to monitor quality efficiency of delivered services.

An environmental policy recognized by ECOVADIS Platinum and certified ISO 14001 and 50001

Since 2016, Groupe VITAL has been audited by EcoVadis for its CSR policy. The results, which are constantly improving, encourage us to continue our actions and have enabled us to achieve a Platinum level of recognition this year, placing us in the top 1% of companies with the highest ratings.

The ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications secured during the first half of 2021 confirm our ambitions on environmental matters.
