Service quality and security are our top priorities

A commitment to security: ISO 27001 Certification

As a result of a two-year transformation project, we are proud to have achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2020 for our managed services : supervision, help desk, and administration. All these challenges are overseen by our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), reflected in our Information Security Policy (ISP), and tailored to each context through a specific Security Assurance Plan (SAP).

Our ambitious continuous improvement policy is upheld by an external audit every year, which has driven us to the highest levels of the standard, obtaining this year the certification in its 2022 revision and aiming for ISO 9001, 20001, and HDS certifications in the first half of 2025.

A quality methodology: ITIL framework

The operational organization of our services is based on a pragmatic approach to ITIL best practices. Thus we have been implementing a massive training campaign for several years, in particular for our management teams.

We also implement on all our outsourcing contracts a panel of relevant indicators to monitor quality efficiency of delivered services.

An environmental policy recognized by ECOVADIS Platinum and certified ISO 14001 and 50001

Since 2016, Groupe VITAL has been audited by EcoVadis for its CSR policy. The results, which are constantly improving, encourage us to continue our actions and have enabled us to achieve a Platinum level of recognition this year, placing us in the top 1% of companies with the highest ratings.

The ISO 14001 and 50001 certifications secured during the first half of 2021 confirm our ambitions on environmental matters.
