Open 24h/24, 7d/7, our service centers and Help Desks allow us to propose personnalized solutions for every environment on the latest technologies on the market. The independance of our groups and all the physical and logical implements reinforce our duty to ensure security which is recognized by our ISO 27001:2013 certification.

Our centers now cover a perimeter of more than 10,000 servers, 12 ZOS partitions and 16,000 network equipment with an activity of up to 35,000 calls and 50,000 tickets per month.

The answer to outsourcing challenges

The Service Center of La Garenne Colombes (Ile-de-France) was established in 2010 to meet a growing demand for outsourcing from our clients. Faced with a growing activity and in response to service continuity requirements, we reinforced the Center in 2017 with a new one in Mérignac (Bordeaux region) aiming for load balancing by creating a natural BCP between the two sites.

The economic constraints that are an inherent part in the current crisis have prompted us to create a new center in Beirut, Lebanon, allowing us to offer a hybrid and totally innovative operation while balacing cost reduction and quality of services.

A national network

In order to intervene efficiently and with responsiveness, we have in addidtion to our two centers (La Défense et Bordeaux), 4 regional and independant entities : Lyon – Marseille – Nancy et Rennes , which allows us to cover the national territory in less than 3 hours.

The intervention teams’ expertize and the availability of local storage allow us to be effective within the framework of projects or national outsourcing contracts.
